What are your opening hours?

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm and on Saturday from 10am - 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Do you offer appointments?

To make sure we have someone available to give you all the help you need to choose your new fireplace, fire or stove we recommend that you Make an Appointment.

Do you offer a design service?

Yes, we can help you with the design of your new fireplace, fire or stove installation.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we offer a full installation service using our own in house team of Fireplace Fitters, Hetas and Gas Safe Engineers. All our installations are completed in accordance with the latest HETAS, Gas Safe and Building Regulations, and are certified as such on completion.

Do I need a chimney to have a fire or stove?

Yes and No. Electric and bioethanol fires don’t require a chimney. The latest balanced flue gas fires and stoves can be installed with a flue that exits through the wall behind the fire. All wood burning fires and stoves will need a flue, but if you don’t have a chimney we can install a twin wall flue system.

Do you line chimneys?

Yes, we can undertake any chimney lining work needed to install your new fireplace, stove or fire. We supply and install flexible flue liners, twin wall flue systems, chimney repair systems and powered flue fans.

Do you offer any other chimney or flue services?

Yes, we can undertake CCTV chimney surveys and reports, rotary chimney sweeping and flue route design.

Do you carry out building work?

Yes, we can undertake any building work needed to install your new fireplace, stove or fire. We are also happy to work alongside your builder on your project.

Do you offer surveys?

Yes, once you have chosen your new stove or fire, we will carry out a full survey to make sure that the stove, fire or fireplace you have chosen will suit you and your home. We will then send you a comprehensive quote for the work required.

How sustainable are your fires and stoves?

However you heat your home there will be some environmental impact. To help you minimise that impact, we only work with manufacturers that offer the most eco friendly fires and stoves, with the the lowest emissions and highest levels of efficiency.
